Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Landscape maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage landscaping maintenance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various aspects of landscaping, including irrigation, lawn care, garden construction, tree care, and groundskeeping.

Duties:
- Plan and execute landscaping projects from start to finish
- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and watering
- Build and maintain gardens, including flower beds and shrubbery
- Ensure proper care of trees and plants
- Oversee irrigation systems installation and maintenance
- Implement pest control measures to protect plants
- Monitor and maintain outdoor structures like fences and walkways

Skills:
Required:
- Proficiency in landscape design and maintenance
- Strong supervisory skills to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of various plants, trees, and shrubs
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment
- Excellent communication skills

Nice-to-have:
- Certification in landscape management or related field
- Experience in hardscaping projects such as building retaining walls or patios
